We offer owner financing on all of our property.  We recommend 10% or more of the purchase price as a down payment. Monthly payments can be made to fit your budget.  Interest rates are subject to change therefore they are not listed on this site and will be set at the time a Purchase Agreement is made.  There are no prepayment penalties on our loans and, since we are not a bank, we have the flexibility to work with you to make a payment plan that fits within your financial needs.
